Customer Service Representative

Full Time

This position features a structured career path and great scope for future promotions and development. With a guaranteed basic pay of £16,000 plus addition bonuses and incentives, you could be earning upwards of £20,000 per year.

The Role:

You’ll be based in our dynamic office near Leeds managing a wide variety of calls, dealing primarily with:

•General customer enquiries (changing bank details, amending policies, admin)

•Inbound sales calls (dealing with customer queries, upselling and cross selling additional products)

•Customer retention (managing relationships with customers who are looking to end their policies)

We are looking for candidates who:

•Are pro-active in learning and developing their product knowledge

•Can easily strike up a conversation and engage with customers

•Have experience of working in a customer facing role

•Have an excellent attention to detail

•Can work towards and achieve sales and compliance targets
