Marketing Executive

Full Time

We are looking to attract a talented, enthusiastic and focused individual to join our organisation. This is a broad, hands-on role and will involve executing marketing strategies, planning, research, analysis and implementing campaigns mainly across digital channels that meet both costs and target volumes.


• To deliver the Car Insurance marketing plan by achieving the 2019 marketing plan objectives
• To deliver the Direct to Web marketing plan by achieving the 2019 insurance marketing website objectives
• To manage insurance marketing social media activity to achieve the agreed objectives
• Deliver other insurance marketing projects as required
• Campaign management across multiple channels including email, social media, SMS and other advertising to include:
   - Liaising and briefing in-house design team, liaising with customer services department and compliance department (for sign off) and when required
   - Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are briefed prior to release of new/amended campaigns
   - Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly, following the checking and approval process
   - Sending out email and SMS campaigns
   - Ensure all internal stakeholders are briefed prior to release of new/amended campaigns
   - Maintaining campaign status reports and plans to ensure all work is on track to meet deadlines
   - Carry out campaign tracking, analysis and reporting
• Proof reading and development of marketing messages and collateral including advertising, content etc.
• Maintaining and circulating the car insurance and direct web sale reports to senior management team
• Any other tasks that may reasonably be requested.

As a Marketing Executive you will need to:

• Have an in-depth understanding of digital communications and marketing
• Have some experience and a proven track record in campaign management
• Have honesty and integrity, including being committed to the Compliance Sign-Off process
• Be a team player with the ability to build productive relationships with marketing and other departments
• Be well organised with the ability to manage projects & follow through on commitments
• Be results orientated and productive with a good worth ethic
• Be experienced in measuring and tracking marketing effectiveness
• Be computer/systems literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and e-marketing platform)
• 2 years marketing experience, a marketing qualification and financial services experience are desirable but not essential.
