Full-Time 35 hours per week, permanent contract
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Reporting directly to the Account Manager your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Produce and deliver the Prepaid marketing plan within the agree budget
  • Produce and deliver the Rewards marketing plan within the agree budget
  • Significantly grow the number of Rewards customers
  • Deliver special offers (which are as good as or better than other offers in the trade union market) for the Rewards mobile apps
  • Planning, implementing and reporting on marketing campaigns
  • Using research and MI to improve marketing campaign performance
  • Handle non-technical aspects of Prepaid & Rewards websites with IT and external companies to maintain and enhance funnel conversion
  • Updating customer communications as necessary
  • Improving the number of Prepaid fee paying cardholders
  • Supporting the Customer Services department with campaign related queries
  • Deliver other Prepaid & Rewards marketing projects as required
  • Any other reasonable activity required by management

Our ideal candidate:


  • Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent
  • Marketing qualification preferable
  • Have a track record in successfully promoting discount programs
  • The ability to source offers and discounts from retailers
  • The ability to acquire new customers through successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • A high standard of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be well organised and ability to manage projects & follow through on commitments
  • Honesty and integrity, including being committed to the Sign Off process
  • A team player with the ability to build productive relationships with marketing and other departments
  • Analytical
  • Proven IT skills – Advanced in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Familiarity with union marketing place
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Planning and prioritisation
